If the Seeker is the backbone of the Earthguard army, then the Mystic is the bundle of muscle and nerves that keeps it protected and flexible. Proficient in several fields of magic, Mystics are comfortable serving many roles in and around the battlefield from dealing direct ranged damage, to providing tactical heals, to dishing out powerful status effects.
Should a mystic be caught in a one on one situation versus an enemy, he/she still has the natural advantage, for central to any skilled Mystic's training is the ability to summon a powerful creatures to their aid.
Abilities (names and descriptions are currently in development, and may change before official release):
Damage Spell: Storm Surge
This wood elemental direct damage attack also has a knock-back effect to keep your enemy at range.
Support Spell: Fallen Flowers
This protection spell can be cast on a target to trigger a heal over time effect upon being dealt damage.
Creature Summons:
As the ancient protectors of Perfect World, Mystics have alliances with certain beasts and fairies. This gives them the ability to summon these allies to fight for them temporarily. Each of the four main types of summons fulfills a different role in battle, for example, one may enhance its master’s power, while another may be used as a damage sponge for an entire party!
