why wont it let me play i have redownloaded the whole game and everything and it says enter game fail can somone plzz tell me how to fix it

i also have a problem after updating it says some eror d3dx9_42.dll was not found. well i need to know how to get rid of this n get the full patch on

Where can i download the patches manually because i got a problem, pisses me off i think many of us have got this problem and we have to download the whole game again. Im missing parts 566-580 and in this page http://pwi.perfectworld.com/download you just leave a pack containing many patches, but where can i download each patches, i just need pats 566-580 and then be able to download the 580-604 pack >,<
